SPECIAL HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

All of our meals are fully cooked and packaged for your convenience. All fiber packaging is oven, microwave and freezer safe and compostable. Our foil packaging is oven and freezer safe. Before heating any meal, remove the clear or foil lids and any sauce cups and garnishes. In general, it is recommended for any meal in a 6 inch deep fiber container (if being heated whole) to be first microwaved for 5-6 minutes, then placed in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, until hot and bubbly. For sides or single serve entrees in 3 inch deep fiber containers, remove the clear lid and any sauces and garnishes and microwave for 2-3 minutes, then finish in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes until heated through. Cooking times will vary considerably, depending on the item.

For entrees served on a bed of fresh greens, we recommend you remove the meat portion of the meal from the box and place on a lightly greased sheet pan. Heat in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, until heated through and crisped. The meat portion of these meals can also be heated in the microwave in 30 second increments until hot.

For entrees packaged in our foil pans, such as our whole chicken meals, the whole pan, minus sauces and garnishes, can be heated in a preheated 350 degree oven until the entree is heated through; it is not necessary to remove the chicken to heat separately unless desired.
